Lewis Pierce
Lewis Pierce of New Castle, Delaware, along with his wife Serge-Marie are the Youth Directors at Seeds of Greatness Bible Church in New Castle, Delaware under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Jerome L. Lewis. Lewis and Serge-Marie have been married for 15 years and have three beautiful children, Michael, Anaiya, and Dallas.
Lewis is a native of Salem, NJ. Serge shares that it was Lew’s kindness and the ability to smile under any pressure, his charm and conversational ability that first attracted her to him.
Sensing a need, in June 2005, Lewis and Serge were asked to head up a ministry for the teens at Seeds of Greatness. They were given a mandate by Pastor Jerome L. Lewis to develop strong leaders and empower teens to be confident and to know their identity. As they took on the challenge, Students With A Testimony (S.W.A.T.) was born. They have hosted a number of Youth Explosions that have been so successful that they are often called upon by other youth ministry leaders as consultants.
Lewis has a heart for teens and young adults. He has vowed to make an impact in their lives and to save them from the gates of hell.

Serge-Marie Pierce
Serge-Marie Pierce of New Castle, Delaware, is one half of a very dynamic couple. Working alongside her husband of 15 years, they are the Youth Directors at Seeds of Greatness Bible Church in New Castle, Delaware.
Since 2005, they continue to carry the mantle bestowed on them by senior pastor, Jerome L. Lewis, heading up Students With A Testimony (SWAT), impacting the lives of teens and vowing to save as many as possible from the gates of hell. She and her husband have been successful in leading a team that has hosted many successful youth events at church including a biannual youth conference known as Youth Explosion.

She and her husband have three beautiful children, Michael, Anaiya, and Dallas.

Serge-Marie is a native of Brooklyn, New York with a family line rooted in Haiti. In the words of her husband, “She is sooooo beautiful on the outside from head to toe.
To see someone's inside match their outside blows me away”.
In addition to working at Seeds of Greatness Bible Church, Serge-Marie is an Administrator at Bank of America. She has been with the company for 19 years.

Serge is also part of a new venture the ministry is pursuing and with it fulfilling a dream she’s had since she was in high school. She’s excited about God and loves the plan He has for her life.

Jason Lewis (Humble Tip)
A native of PG County Maryland, son of a pastor, and now husband, Jason “Humble Tip” Lewis is no stranger to the Christian faith, giving his life to the Lord at a young age. This Emcee explains “I never wanted to do this whole rap thing. I wanted to go to school and become a sports agent. I never, ever saw myself rapping.” In fact, his father almost had to force him to do his first performance.
Humble Tip got his start in an odd way after running into Perry Tankard (DJ PDOGG) in the hallways of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. After harassing him for a few weeks, DJ PDOGG finally got him to rap on his show, and the rest is history.
The two spearheaded a ministry team called Strictly 4 Jesus (S4J). This group of young believers in held weekly Bible studies, accountability sessions, assisted in preparing and promoting Christian entertainment, ministered in detention centers, youth groups and also was involved with global missionary outreach.

As time passed, and as always, people grow up, and in this instance, they graduate. Everyone in S4J eventually had to go their separate ways, which left Humble on his own in Lynchburg to search out how God would like to use him. And He showed him in a major way, by using a relationship already developed with Liberty University’s recruitment through S4J, a very unique partnership with Liberty University was formed between them and Humble that allows him to promote the school as Humble Tip, while still being Jason Lewis, the national recruiter.

Armed with in depth knowledge of Gods word, academic success, and a deep connection with and passion for this youthful generation, Humble Tip is determined and focused on making an impact on the culture.
Jason has an Undergraduate degree in Health Promotions and a Masters Degree in Health and Wellness from Liberty University, and currently resides in Lynchburg, VA with his wife Essence.

Dana Chanel
The young boss is the founder of Sprinkle of Jesus—an online ministry that utilizes social media and technology to touch souls and change lives, spreading the word of God through real experiences and real revelations. On any given day you’ll find the beauty passionately delivering a word on a number of relatable topics through her Instagram videos and Sprinkle of Jesus app alerts in between snapping photos with some of your favorite celebs. Not bad for someone who just a few years ago barely even knew who God was.

Outside of the daily hustle Dana is still a young adult dealing with the pressure of being in a world where almost anything goes, including morals. It’s even harder when you publicly claim your religious beliefs, because everything from your actions to your words are constantly critiqued and criticized by peers looking to find loopholes in your character.

Chris Durso

Chris Durso is a pastor at Christ Tabernacle in Queens, NY serving under his parents and pastors, Michael & Maria Durso. For 10 years he passionately led the next generation ministries called Misfit NYC.
Chris with his wife Yahris reside in New York City with their two children, Dylan and Chloe.
They are committed to seeking the presence of God and helping others encounter Him. Their passion for bringing the Gospel to all generations is best explained by Romans 12:1-2 (The Message):“Take your everyday, ordinary life-- your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life--and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God."

James C. Daniels III

James C. Daniels III is a 32 year old father of two, and husband hailing from Toledo, OH. Now residing in New Castle, Delaware, James has been Youth Leader for Students With A Testimony at Seeds of Greatness Bible Church for the past 7 years. Professionally, he works as an Assistant to the Principal at an alternative school in Wilmington, Delaware. James firmly believes in Matthew 7:1-2 and was even compelled to name his small photography and videography business based on it. He believes in freedom of expression through the arts, and encourages all youth to creatively let their voices be heard.

Faythe Daniels
Faythe is a 30-year old mother of two. She lives in New Castle, DE with her husband of seven years. She is a member of Seeds of Greatness Bible Church where she is an active member working in various ministries. Faythe is a Middle School Counselor at an Alternative School in Dover, DE. There she puts her God-given gifts to work as she helps young misguided souls with everyday life struggles. Faythe loves spending time with her family and has a deep passion for working with at-risk children. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Education Degree from Wilmington University. Faythe is currently attending Wilmington University where she is working on three certifications that will augment her current career field. Faythe lives by the scripture Jeremiah 29:11, as she believes God has her life well planned and it will be all that she hoped for!

2010 Christiana High School Graduate
Studied 3 Years at Rhema Bible Training College. Graduated from Student Ministries and Biblical Studies Programs. He is currently serving in the Youth Ministry and Production Team at SOGBC.
Jared is aspiring to become a Youth Pastor with a passion for Changing the Culture of today's generation

Stephen Walker
Stephen Walker was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. In 2011 he moved to Oklahoma to attend Rhema Bible College.
​
Stephen graduated from Rhema Bible College in 2014 with a certificate of completion and a specialization in Itinerate Ministry. After college He moved to Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, where he currently works on staff Abundant Life Family Church as a Worship Leader and Student Ministries Director.
Stephen has a strong desire to see this generation and the next come to knowledge that God’s love and power is real, and comes with no strings attached.

Jerome Lewis Jr.

Jerome Lewis is a 23-year-old young man who lives in New Castle, Delaware with his wife Antoinette. Jerome received his education at Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. There he studied student ministries, which would equip him with the proper knowledge and skills to become a successful youth leader. Later on in the spring of 2015 he graduated. Now, Jerome serves as one of the youth leaders of Seeds of Greatness’s youth group S.W.A.T. (Students With A Testimony).
